In 2025, Berthoud Fire Protection District has three (3) Board of Director seats open for election.  The election is scheduled for May 6, 2025.

Eligible candidates/electors shall be registered to vote in Colorado and meet one of the following criteria:

• A resident of the District; or
• The owner (or spouse/civil union partner of owner) of taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the District, Spouse's Name, if property is in spouse's name; or
• A person who is obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property within the District

Eligible electors may complete and submit a Self Nomination and Accepetance Form no later than February 28, 2025.  Please see the Call for Nominations for more information.
