When anyone needs to go to the dentist, you need to provide the dentist with the social security number of the enrolled employee.

HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT

The District is has an HRA to assist employees enrolled in the Health Insurance Plan to meet their deductible amounts. The employee will be responsible for the first $500 of their deductible. The District pays the balance of $2500 (employee only), $5000 (employee & child) and up to $7500 (employee & family).

Plans for Life Insurance or Short-Term Disability can be added any time during the year. All other plans can only be added once a year during the open enrollment period.

HEART & CANCER TRUST

The District is part of the Colorado Firefighter Heart & Cancer Trust. To be covered under the ‘Trust’, a firefighter must have five (5) continuous years of fire service with any employer.
